We require all items either come assembled or are assembled at consignor drop off.

The inventory sheet is printable once you click ‘Finish Batch’, it is a print out of each item you’ve entered into the event and is required at consignor drop off in order for us to guarantee your items.

No, we will have everything neatly sorted for you by your consignor number.

What if I want to consign but am unable to make it on Pick Up Day?

If you are unable to pick up your own items you are allowed to notify us with whom has permission to pick up on your behalf. Please note, our guarantee is void for items when anyone other than the consignor picks up unsold items. Any items left past the designated pick up time will be given to donations as we are unable to hold any items in our rented space.

Where do the donated items go?

Our donated items go to local foster families and non-profit organizations in the community.

Do you have an Item Limit for consignors?

We have a limit of 300 items per consignor ID in North Cincinnati. As always, we encourage you to bring your best items so that you sell a high percentage of your things. A consignor who brings 75 great items will do better than a consignor who brings 100 items that are poor quality and marked too high. There is NO limit to the TOTAL number of items you can bring. If you fill up all 300 item spaces on your consignor ID, you are welcome to make an additional ID. Each consignor ID will be charged a $10 consigning fee out of their final check.

What are my Consignor Options regarding printing barcode labels to stick onto my tags?

Option 1 - Let us print them for you free of charge. You can pick them up early during a local pick up option. (Check our Facebook page for dates/location.)

Option 2 - Barcode labels mailed to you! If you want the item guarantee and are using traditional check-in, your items must be brought in numerical order. A $5 charge will be added to your consignor fee due to the high cost of postage.

Option 3 - Print your barcode labels at home using a COLOR PRINTER. Follow the directions CAREFULLY that appear after you enter your items. Label your items at home. Bring your labeled items on Drop Off Days.

No matter which label option you choose, when applying the barcode labels to the hang tags, please take extra care to fold the label perfectly in the center so that the barcode is all on one side of the tag.

Can I bring my spouse or mother with me to the Pre-Sale? How about my child?

One guest is allowed per ticket during our paid ticket options, consignor shopping, and mom-to-be shopping. Any child except for non-walking infants do count as your "plus one" on the ticket. We do not recommend bringing children to Launch, Platinum, or Gold times simply due to potential crowds.

How should I price my items?

We suggest you set the price at 30% of the retail value. For example, if your item is currently selling for $10 at a store, we recommend pricing a used version of the item at $3 and a new with tags version of the item at $5. Baby Equipment, Furniture and Large Indoor/Outdoor Toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. Maternity and Junior clothing are not shopped as heavily, so price these competitively. It is highly recommended to bundle newborn through 24 month clothing and price competitively as we receive an abundance of these sizes.

Can I use wire hangers?

Use children's plastic hangers for sizes 6 and below. Use larger plastic hangers for sizes 7 and above. Plastic coated wire hangers may be used if you prefer but metal, wire hangers without a plastic coating are not allowed.

How do I secure small pieces with Toys or Equipment?

Place them in a ziploc bag and then seal the ziploc with clear packing tape. Then either tape or zip tie the bag with small pieces to the larger item. Label the main item "part 1 of 2" and label the bag with pieces "part 2 of 2." This is important!

When I price items in a ziploc bag, how do I attach the price tag?

First, be sure to stick the bar code label to the correct size string tag. Do not stick it directly onto the bag. Then attach the string tag securely to the bag with a safety pin or packing tape. If possible, we recommend placing the string tag inside the bag so it does not fall off at the sale.

How do I carry my clothes while I am shopping?

We have a limited number of shopping carts available along with large tote bags for your use. You are welcome to bring your own reusable bag or wagon. Please have your wagon labeled with your information so we know it came with you and wasn't for sale at our event.

What if my item is not worth your minimum price guideline of $4.00?

If it meets our "excellence quality" standards, then bundle it together with other like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a ziploc bag and put one price for the entire group.

Should I iron my clothes?

Wrinkled clothes do not sell! Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. An alternative to ironing is to have clothing freshly washed and dried or use a steamer. Remember, the better they look, the better they sell!
