Do you have an Item Limit for consignors?

Each consignor ID will be charged a $10 consigning fee out of their final check.

What are my Consignor Options regarding printing barcode labels to stick onto my tags?

Option 1 - Let us print them for you free of charge. You can pick them up early during a local pick up option. (Check our Facebook page for dates/location.) Option 2 - Barcode labels mailed to you! A $5 charge will be added to your consignor fee due to the high cost of postage. Option 3 - Print your barcode labels at home using a COLOR PRINTER. Follow the directions CAREFULLY that appear after you enter your items. Label your items at home. Bring your labeled items on Drop Off Days. No matter which label option you choose, when applying the barcode labels to the hang tags, please take extra care to fold the label perfectly in the center so that the barcode is all on one side of the tag.

Can I bring my spouse or mother with me to the Pre-Sale? How about my child?

One guest is allowed per ticket during our paid ticket options, consignor shopping, and mom-to-be shopping. Any child except for non-walking infants do count as your "plus one" on the ticket. We do not recommend bringing children to Launch, Platinum, or Gold times simply due to potential crowds.

How should I price my items?

We suggest you set the price at 30% of the retail value. For example, if your item is currently selling for $20 at a store, we recommend pricing a used version of the item at $6 and a new with tags version of the item at $10. Baby Equipment, Furniture and Large Indoor/Outdoor Toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. Maternity and Junior clothing are not shopped as heavily, so price these competitively. It is highly recommended to bundle newborn through 24 month clothing and price competitively as we receive an abundance of these sizes. Our minimum price per item entry is $4, so when consigning "value brands" such as Garanimals, Circo, Cat & Jack, etc. please bundle these items together to meet the pricing guidelines.

How should I prep my clothing items?

Use children's plastic hangers for sizes 6 and below. Use larger plastic hangers for sizes 7 and above. Plastic coated wire hangers may be used if you prefer but metal, wire hangers without a plastic coating are not allowed. Tops should be hung as usual. Pants should be safety pinned by the waist to the top of the hanger. A string tag should be hung on the upper right of the item.

How do I secure small pieces with Toys or Equipment?

Place them in a ziploc bag and then seal the ziploc with clear packing tape. Then either tape or zip tie the bag with small pieces to the larger item. Label the main item "part 1 of 2" and label the bag with pieces "part 2 of 2" along with your Consignor ID. This is important!

When I price items in a ziploc bag, how do I attach the price tag?

First, be sure to stick the bar code label to the correct size string tag. Do not stick it directly onto the bag. Then attach the string tag securely to the bag with a safety pin or packing tape. If possible, we recommend placing the string tag inside the bag so it does not fall off at the sale.

Do you have shopping carts available? Can I bring a bag or wagon?

We have a limited number of shopping carts available along with large tote bags for your use. You are welcome to bring your own reusable bag or wagon. Please have your wagon labeled with your information so we know it came with you and wasn't for sale at our event.

What if my item is not worth your minimum price guideline of $4.00?

If it meets our "excellence quality" standards, then bundle it together with other like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a ziploc bag and put one price for the entire group.

Should I iron my clothes?

Wrinkled clothes do not sell! Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. An alternative to ironing is to have clothing freshly washed and dried or use a steamer. Remember, the better they look, the better they sell!

Can I enter additional batches?

Yes, you may enter additional batches. Just click on "new batch" on the enter items page. A consignor may have an unlimited number of batches but only a total of 300 items per consignor ID as described above.

Do you sell furniture?
